Public comment is being sought by the Shire of Roebourne for Planning Application PA1714 to develop lots 1950, 1952 and part lot 4472 Balmoral Road for a multi-storey mixed use building requiring the realignment of a public access way and incorporating 95 serviced apartments, 21 multiple dwellings and resident’s facilities, a restaurant and commercial tenancies.

Plans can be viewed on the Shire’s website(see below) , or the full submission viewed at the Shire’s Welcome Road Administration Office weekdays between 9 am and 4 pm except Thursdays, when they can be obtained between 9 am and 5 pm. 

If you believe that you may be affected by the granting of the planning consent you may object or make other submissions to Council.  An objection must be sent to Council in writing addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, and is encouraged to include the reasons for the objection and how you would be affected.  Council will not decide on this Application until thirty-five (35) days after the date of this notice [25 June 2008].  Planning Services may be contacted on 91868569 for further information.
